What We Do
Colorado Framing & Construction constructs mass timber structures in partnership with the top commercial construction firms and mass timber manufacturers in North America. We offer mass timber and CLT panel erection services in the lower 48 states.
What is Mass Timber?
While using large pieces of wood to build buildings is not new, the technology used to produce and manufacture wood building components now allows for faster and more economical timber design, production, and installation. New Type IV building codes allow for mass timber structures up to 18 stories.
Why Wood?
Wood is a sustainable natural fiber that is durable and strong. Wood fiber is a plentiful, environmentally friendly resource that regrows in sustainably managed forests. Other building products use considerably more energy to extract, produce, and build with than wood products. Our forests sequester carbon, and we use the fiber for building products making it an ideal building product for your next project.

Safety is our highest priority. We believe that no project is worth doing if it can't be done safely and professionally. Every employee is held to the highest safety standards. Our team members are certified riggers and signalpersons, equipment certified, fall protection trained, OSHA10 and OSHA30 trained, and NCCCO crane operators. We believe that safe work sites contribute to a more productive project environment for every team member involved.
